Where Our Republic Has Gone
After the Constitutional Convention in 1787, lady Powell asked Ben Franklin “What type of government do we have?” He replied, “A Republic, Madam, if you can keep it.”
But we haven’t kept it
George Washington said, “Government is like fire; it needs to be controlled.”
But we haven’t controlled it
Thomas Jefferson said, “I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of our society, but the people themselves.”
We the People?
John Adams wrote, “Property must be secured or liberty cannot exist.”
At present, private property does not exist in America.
Glorify God in the highest!
What would Jesus say?
We have much to do! Every one of us has been brought HERE, purposefully, by the King of the Universe, armed with specific skills, to accomplish His plan.
